  6. Blitz-Bulletin is a program which allows you to display upto 17 bulletins to
  7. your users.  Features include:

  9.        o It operates independandly of DLG's normal bulletin system.
  10.        o You can have as many 'sets' of bulletins as you like.
  11.        o Can attach a file to each bulletin. (registered only)
  12.        o Can set an amount of time the user must wait before they can proceed
  13.          after reading a bulletin (Forced reading time!). (registered only)
  14.        o On-Line configuration for the sysop (Except adding of file attach).
  15.        o Keeps track of the date of last change to a bulletin.
  16.        o Keeps track of the number of times a bulletin has been read.
  17.        o Forces a user to read ALL bulletins before they can exit.
